Which shipping methods do you offer and how long does delivery take?

We ship by sea FOB (Shenzhen or Guangzhou) and CIF to your destination port; express courier (DHL, FedEx) is used only for samples and small spare parts. We do not typically ship full doors by airfreight because of size and cost, but can discuss it for urgent hardware.

Sea transit takes about 25 to 35 days to Western Europe, 15 to 25 days to the US West Coast and 30 to 40 days to the US East Coast via the Panama Canal. We book the vessel about one week after production is finished and inspected, and send you the Bill of Lading, packing list and commercial invoice within three working days of loading.
