Can I order spare parts after delivery?

Yes. We keep spare parts in stock for every series we ship: seals, gaskets, hinges, lock cylinders, handles, closers and small glass units. Spare parts are sent by express courier and arrive within one to two weeks worldwide, so you do not have to wait for the next sea container.
Order with your original order number and the door serial number printed on the frame, so our warehouse picks the matching hardware version. Small spare parts are free under warranty; beyond warranty we charge parts at list price and only the express freight. We recommend ordering 2 to 3 % extra seals and hinges with your first project for site repairs.
