What warranty do you provide on Skylink doors?

Skylink provides a standard structural warranty of five years on steel, wooden, WPC and aluminium door leaves, covering deformation, coating defects and failure of the door structure under normal use. constructions are covered under the same terms, provided the door assembly — frame, leaf, hinges and seals — is installed and maintained according to the supplied documentation.

Hardware such as locks, hinges, closers and handles carries the warranty of the respective hardware brand, typically one to two years, and is replaced rather than repaired in most cases. Wear items such as gaskets and seals are excluded from warranty but are supplied as spare parts.

The warranty process is handled by the Skylink export team directly: buyers send photos or a short video of the issue, our engineers assess whether it falls under warranty, and replacement parts or units are shipped with the next container to the region. Every shipment is inspected before loading, which is why warranty claims remain low in practice.
