A standard 960×2050 mm steel door with a 70 mm leaf weighs approximately 45-55 kg; the 90 mm leaf weighs 65-75 kg. The frame depth is 100 mm for standard interior walls and 120-150 mm for partitions, and can be produced to your exact wall thickness on project orders.
The frame is a welded one-piece galvanised box section with an adjustable reveal (±15 mm) to simplify installation on site. Three heavy-duty welded stainless hinges (100 kg rated each) are standard. Leaf size is fully customisable from 700×2000 mm up to 1200×2400 mm.
