Can I order samples before placing a bulk order?

Yes. We supply single-door samples and finish chips before mass production so you can confirm colour, veneer grain, hardware feel and door weight. Sample pricing is higher than the bulk unit price because it is produced as a one-off, but the sample cost is credited back against your first container order.

Samples take about 15 to 20 working days to make and are sent by express courier, not by sea, so they arrive in one to two weeks after dispatch. Once you approve the sample, bulk production follows the approved sample exactly.
