- A residential developer’s fit-out window moved earlier; the door package had to land within 25 working days or the block would stall.

- Production slots reserved across two bases, semi-automatic lines prioritized the order, and expedited sample delivery let the site team prepare frames in parallel.

- The need
- A South America consignment faced a long humid ocean route plus inland transfer — door-surface damage was the client’s biggest fear.
- Our response
- Five-ply corrugated cartons, foam corner protectors, stretch wrapping and optional wooden pallets, loaded and inspected container by container.
- The result
